You may exchange any damaged, incorrect or defective items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. You never need to pay for postage to send items back. We do not receive return posts, so if your item is damaged, incorrectly distributed or defective, we shall issue a full refund or send out another item correctly.
If you need to refund an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
